    Trinity Yachts of New Orleans, Louisiana, is the first boat builder to install the TRAC Ecological Flushing Points System - isolating valves that allow internal cleaning of sea water cooled systems - without disassembly.
    "Now with a simple turn of a valve, Trinity technicians can quickly and efficiently clean all sea water cooled systems and piping, such as main engines, generators, A/C and refrigeration, without having to disassemble anything," said Kevin Greene, CEO.News release PDF

    Global Ship System (GSS) of Savannah Georgia becomes a Trac Certified Service Center. With Trac’s line of products, GSS will now offer descaling services for sea water cooled equipment, drinking water systems, black and grey water systems. GSS is also certified to consult and install flushing points on sea water cooled systems. What are TRAC flushing points? Isolating valves that allow vessel operators or Trac Certified Service Centers, to easily clean sea water cooled systems found on most vessels today.

    What does this mean for GSS and their customers? It means that all sea water cooled systems and piping, such as main engines, generators, A/C and refrigeration, can be internally cleaned, without having to disassemble anything. All that is required is a simple turn of a valve! This makes an already cost effective cleaning method even more cost effective by reducing the labor by almost half!04/04/2006
