TRAC’s founders had one primary goal when developing TRAC’s product line; minimize our impact on our environment. Therefore, all of TRAC’s products are completely non-toxic, biodegradable, and soluble in water. Most are organically based solutions, containing only food grade materials. In a net result, all of TRAC’s products can be safely disposed of down regular sewer drains!

When used as directed, our solutions will preserve the properties of most surfaces such as plastic, rubber, fiberglass, vinyl, wood, paint and metals; with an exception of zinc based metals (zinc anodes). Aluminums designed for use within water systems are compatible with TRAC’s Products.

Phosphoric acid as active ingredient?!?

TRAC is the only manufacture to use phosphoric acid as an activator, aiding in the removal of water scale/deposits. On its own, phosphoric acid is not powerful enough to accomplish this task.

TRAC has developed a truly innovative formula by actually changing the acid’s properties, thus turning it into the safest descaler on the market!

Mixed with our proprietary additives, Phosphoric acid has allowed us to formulate products that are able to dissolve more calcium carbonate per gallons then any of our competitors and maintain a below average corrosion rate.
Being an acid that is commonly found in food additives, beverages, catalysts, metal surface treatments, phosphoric acid also allows us to maintain levels of environmental safety never reach before by any Descaler. In a dilute state, phosphoric acid is non-toxic, biodegradable and is used widely in foods as a tart flavoring agent. Other food applications include its use as a general protein acidulate, buffering agent in jams and jellies preparation, cleaner for dairy equipment, and purification reagent in sugar refining.

In 2005, Trac Launched four new cleaning solutions and we are proud to say that they all adhere to the well know environmental guidelines set by our founder.

Our latest, T-Greaser, is non toxic, non corrosive, biodegradable and safe to use on all types of material. T-Greaser has been formulated to be safe, non-toxic and 100% biodegradable within hours not years. This powerful, multipurpose, butyl-free cleaner/degreaser contains the latest developments in natural-extracts, alkaline builders, emulsifiers and cleaning boosters.
